Information for applicants from Afghanistan

Applicants for long-term visa applications (such as family reunion etc.) and Schengen visa applicants, who reside in Afghanistan and fall under the regional consular jurisdiction of the German Embassy Kabul, can file their visa applications at the German Embassy Islamabad starting 18th September 2017. The registration for an appointment is only possible via the website of the German Embassy Kabul. Registrations/ booking of appointments via the website of the German Embassy Islamabad cannot be accepted and will be cancelled. It is not possible to file a visa application without prior appointment.
