• You have a valid employment contract with a company in Germany.
• You hold a university degree which is recognized in Germany (either according to the anabin database or a Statement of Comparability).
• Your university degree commensurates your intended employment.
• You fulfill ONE of the following requirements:
  • Your yearly salary will amount to at least €43,800 (as for 2023) / €45,300 (as for 2024).
  • Your yearly salary will amount to at least €39,682.80 (as for 2023) / €41,041.80 (as for 2024) and you have been granted your university degree within the last tree years.
