Your minimum insurance cover must be € 30000. Your policy must cover all Schengen countries not only Germany.

Invitation letter from the company or organization in Germany, not older than 3 months, on company or organization letterhead. The invitation letter must give the identity of person invited (name, position), the purpose of the visit (e.g. meetings, conference, factory visits) and a detailed itinerary.

The letter must append:

• A Commercial register extract (“Handelsregisterauszug”) of the inviting company;
• the authorisation of the undersigned to approve the invitation to Germany; and
• a passport copy of the undersigned.

Trade fair exhibitors must provide copies of stall rental confirmation, invoice and proof of payment for renting the stall along with exhibitor Pass. Note that full proof of payment must be provided also for applications through TDAP.

Trade fair visitors must provide entrance tickets for the trade fair. If advance purchase of tickets is not possible, confirmation from the fair organizer must be provided that a ticket is only available upon arrival at the fairgrounds.

Hotel bookings must be provided for the whole duration of the intended stay and include the full address of the hotel.

The business reference letter must be issued by your company in Pakistan. It must include:

• your designation or position;
• the purpose of the business trip;
• the duration of the business trip;
• permission for the business trip; and
• confirmation whether your company will cover the travel expenses and accommodation.

Disclosing your financial position is central for the success of your application. If you feel that the above documents do not reflect your financial resources, you can also provide documents such as pension books, investment certificates or property documents. Always include English translations where applicable.
