German Missions in Pakistan: Apply online via the Consular Services Portal

The following categories can apply through our Online Service Portal:

• Blue Card EU (including your family reunion visa!)
• Skilled workers with an academic background (University degree)
• Skilled workers with vocational education
• Skilled workers with practical experience (a minimum of two years in experience during the last five years, vocational training obtained in your home country)
• Au Pair: please use the categories for skilled workers
• Specialty Cooks (with a track record of a minimum of 6 years of experience as a “chef”): please use the category for skilled workers with practical experience
• Vocational Training
• Recognition Measurments (e.g. medical personal, physical therapist): please use the category “Qualification Analysis”
• Opportunity Cards

Applicants with a pre-approval letter not older than three month have the possibility for expedited processing.

The online portal allows you to attach your family reunion applications simultaniously to your own.

Please note:

Complete your application in the Services Portal and attach all family reunion applications of your spouse and children. Please follow the guidelines and information of family reunion page.

Research, voluntary service and self employment

For technical reasons, research visa applications, as well as applications for self employment and voluntary service in Germany can at this point not be launched on the Consular Services Portal.

Please register for an appointment in the regular way and bring all required documents to your appointment in a well-ordered manner.

Islamabad: Book an appointment

Applicants for research, self employment and voluntary service visa must still register for an appointment in the regular way.
The Embassy Islamabad is open for applicants from the Islamabad Capital Territory, Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakthtunkwa, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and the Punjab.

Karachi

The Consular Serivces Portal is active for Karachi also.
